Doan Hall - 4 North SICU Family Waiting Area
This project will renovate the SICU waiting area on the 4th floor of Doan Hall. Renovations to include the
relocation of the reception desk, removal of a phone booth with the relocation of a house phone, upgraded
lighting, new finishes and furniture. The existing VCT flooring will be removed and replaced with sheet vinyl
that matches other locations within the space. Room N408D will be demolished to enlarge the waiting area.
Demolition of room N408D will require the relocation of the adjacent coffee bar. Also included in the waiting
area renovation will be the design of an ADA compliant shower in the existing toilet facilities. The shower
construction will be bid as an alternate.
