Diver Medical Emergency Alarm
STATEMENT OF WORK FOR
NAVAL SCHOOL EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL UOD DIVISION
1. SCOPE
1.1 This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for Diver Medical Emergency Alarm (BENDS Alarm).

3. REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Alarm system must be able to alert any personnel within the UW Training Facility compound, have conveniently placed alarm activation stations, and have PA capabilities.
3.1.1 Medical Emergency Alarm must have at a minimal multiple pull stations with strobe and speakers installed at various locations, 3 Locations being outside.
3.1.2 Have 2 or more remote voice stations with microphone and control stations.
3.1.3 Have a minimum of 1 control station with LCD screen or readout showing the location of the pull station that initiated the emergency.
3.1.4 All pull stations and alarm/speaker strobes must be a color other than red (preferably Yellow, Green, or Orange) and clearly marked either b BENDS Alarmb or b Medical Emergency Alarmb .
3.1.5 Have a minimum of 1 pull station to be placed near floating dock entry way.
3.1.6 Have a remote dialer or email notification capability to notify personnel with a need to take action during the emergency.
3.1.7 Vendor/Installer must deliver operator training to Building personnel upon completion of the install.
