This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (https://www.fbo.gov) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/).

This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-87-2 and DFARS Publication Notice 20160325.

The NAICS code is 336611- Ship Building and Repairing, and the small business standard is 1,250 employees.

The requirement is 100% Small Business set aside and the Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside determination.

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing dive boat electrical engine repair services to support the Naval Submarine Medical Research Lab, Groton, Ct in accordance with all requirements listed in attached solicitation.

Quotes must be submitted via email to mindy.morris@navy.mil by June 30, 2017 at 1100 a.m. EST (Groton, CT local time) and must include the three mandatory documents FAR 52.203-18, 52.209-11, and 52.222-52 to be considered for award.

Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements.
Payment will be made through WAWF.
