The State of Florida Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") is soliciting written replies
from vendors interested in participating in competitive negotiations to establish a term contract to provide _Districtwide
Contamination and Remediation Services. It is anticipated that the term of the agreement will be from the date of contract
execution through 24 Months.
