The District of Columbia Courts are seeking a qualified contractor with expertise in
social science research to conduct an independent evaluation of the Family Treatment
Court (FTC), a component of the Superior Court of District of Columbias Family Court.
The study period for the evaluation shall begin with participants entering FTC inpatient
care in July 2007 and those completing the continuing care component by June 2009 and
include a participant follow-up period of three (3) months.
