District Wide Performance Audit
RFIQ9-01 District Wide Performance Audit:
DeKalb County School System is seeking available, relevant, foremost, current, up-to-date, in depth
and detailed marketplace information concerning and related to a performance audit of all functional areas within DeKalb County School System from qualified performance audit providers possessing documented expertise and substantiated successful experience in performance audit services to large scale educational institutions and/or organizations.
The goals of the performance audit will include, and not be limited to the review, documentation, measurement, analysis, written report deliverable detailing the efficiency and effectiveness of operations of the existing organizational functional areas and specific, relevant recommendations to the DeKalb County Board of Education to result in increased accountability, enhanced operations, maximized cost savings, increased tax dollar stewardship and optimum utilization of existing resources.
