The System is seeking proposals from highly qualified and capable imaging equipment and service providers to refresh and upgrade its’ fleet of more than 166 digital copiers located throughout the school system. This procurement will include equipment, support, maintenance and supplies. This undertaking will include a synchronized schedule of de-installation and removal of existing copiers and the installation and set-up of new upgraded imaging equipment.
