District Livable Centers Study
The Council is seeking consulting services to conduct a study and develop a plan to further the goals of the Livable Centers program. The Consultant (team) will develop a plan that addresses the application of the Livable Centers program goals in the identified study area, including identification of transportation improvements that could leverage private investment and improve the quality of life in the project area.
