District Improvements
The Town is soliciting responses from qualified professional design firms (architectural/engineering/landscape architecture) to provide design services for the Town’s District Improvements.
The project includes master planning, detailed design, permitting, and construction phase services for a district gateway, a central park, and facilities, as well as restroom facilities, shelters, sidewalks, pedestrian plazas, parking infrastructure, roadway improvements, utilities, lighting, landscaping, signage including interpretive signs, and site furnishings. The Town desires the proposed improvements be designed and permitted by the summer of 2014 with construction beginning in late 2014.
