The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a Bid for back-up data de-duplication with the States IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) back-up servers.
The State of Wisconsin, as represented by the Department of Administration (DOA), State Bureau of Procurement, intends to use the results of this process to award a contract for back-up data de-duplication technology as a solution that includes hardware, software, training and support services.
