Disproportionate Share Hospital Audits
The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services is seeking to contract with one or more vendors to conduct independent certified audits of the states Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) program. The vendor must be a CPA firm independent of the Agency and the hospitals being audited. The first year of the contract resulting from this RFP will be an audit of the Medicaid State plan (MSP) years 2005, 2006, and 2007. Each subsequent year, beginning with MSP 2008, will be for one audit per year only.
