As a result of recent reorganizations and reductions, the City is seeking to dispose of three properties that are no longer necessary for City functions. The City therefore invites qualified firms or individuals to lease or purchase the properties known as Lorenzi Museum, Rafael Rivera Community Center, and Downtown Senior Services Center. The properties may be taken separately or together, and individual properties may be divided.
