Disposition of Indian Motocycle and Mason Square Fire Station Properties
The City is seeking interested and qualified parties for the disposition and redevelopment of Indian Motocycle, to be acquired by MassHousing prior to its disposition to the successful proposer through this RFP, and Indian Motocycle and the Mason Square Fire Station, both now owned by the City, located on State Street in Springfield, Mass.
