The United States Property & Fiscal Office- Kansas, Kansas Army National Guard (KSARNG) is seeking current and relevant experience, personnel with the capability to remove, recycle and replenish MATES at Ft. Riley Kansas with plastic media blast material in accordance with all appropriate environmental regulations. This is not a request for offers or proposals but is a survey of the market for potential sources. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The GPE is located at https://www.fbo.gov. Offerors will be required to be registered in SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov/SAM/)
All interested sources should respond. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. We encourage all small business concerns in all socioeconomic categories (i.e. Small Disadvantaged Business(SDB), 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business(SDVOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB)) to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to the following: pick-up and dispose/recycle spent plastic blast media material. Requirements include the following types of materials: Type II Urea and Crush Glass plus drums for recyclable materials. The contractor will be required to provide all supervision, labor, personnel, materials, and supplies and equipment, to perform services.
The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 562112 Hazardous Waste Collection, with a corresponding size standard of $38.5 Million. The estimated, single award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract value is $60,000 with a One Year Base and four One Year Options. The estimated minimum guaranteed amount is $10,000.

Capability packages must be submitted by no later than Friday, November 15, 2019 and should include the following:
1.     A company profile including company name, point of contact, phone number, email address, number of employees, CAGE code and DUNS number. Respondents must indicate their business size.
2.    Provide your company's specific experience in the removal of environmental recyclables. Provide details regarding previous experience in disposal of materials, services provided, and any other relevant information you deem applicable.
Elaborate brochures or documentation are unnecessary and are not desired.
