Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with Chugach World Services source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). Only one source will satisfy agency requirements. A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Chugach World Services of Display with Mount-Shipboard EP55L 55" LCD Flat Panel Display Assembly, PN# M551207-01, Quantity of 2 Each; Display without Mount-Shipboard EP55L 55" LCD Flat Panel Display Assembly, PN# M551207-05, Quantity of 1 Each; Display with Mount-Shipboard EP55L 55" LCD Flat Panel Display Assembly, PN# M551207-01, Quantity of 2 Each. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-14-T-0245. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
