Please see attached solicitation document, Performance Work Statement, Past Performance Survey form, and Personnel Qualifications Sheet. All attachments should be returned completed along with contractor proposal information in order to be considered for contract award. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting officer no later than 14 Jul 2014. This is to allow the Contracting Officer adequate time to obtain answers and post them to Fed Biz Opps, thus allowing all interested parties access to the information. Offerors are advised to forward past performance questionnaires to past performance references in ample time to be received by the Government no later than the time set for receipt of offers.
