This solicitation will cover DLA Direct and FMS requirements.
FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. FDT Applies will apply for DLA direct requirements only.
The Government's required delivery is 180 days.
Ship-To Address:
Shipping instructions shall be provided with individual delivery orders. Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 180 days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155).
The scope of this acquisition is for a firm fixed price Indefinate Delivery Contract (IDC) for NSN 5920-01-434-8504 using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government is pursuing this IDC for a 1 year base period and 2, one year options with a total duration not to exceed 3 years. The total contract value is not to exceed $1,407,735. At the time of solicitation there is one NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime.
This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources and their suppliers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Chelton, Inc. (63563), Aviatech Corporation (54520), and Dayton-Granger, Inc. (55635).
This solicitation is an RFQ and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around August 30, 2019. Hard copies of this solicitation are not avaialble, and must be downloaded from the internetsite above.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in the solicitation.
This solicitation will not include DLA Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.
