Disaster Storm Drain Debris Clearing
The City is seeking information from qualified parties to provide consulting services to insure maximum FEMA reimbursement and/or the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds reimbursement for post event (storm, hurricane, flooding or man-made) storm drain debris cleaning. The consultant will be required to demonstrate evidence of current FEMA or ARRA procedures, planning and process knowledge of relevant Federal, State and local related administrative processes.
