The project includes: 1) revision of the District Response Plan (DRP) and related annexes to fulfill Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP) requirements, leading to plan adoption; 2) expansion of the DRP to address special needs, resilience, sustainability, continuity operations, catastrophic disasters and other critical planning contingencies; 3) convening stakeholder meetings, seminars and interviews to garner expertise and promote consensus; and 4) prescribing future emergency planning recommendations
