Disaster Recovery Services
The City is soliciting proposals to enter into a contract with a licensed, qualified firm for the provision of Information Technology Commercial Disaster Recovery Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal. The services requested are to include the temporary use of a vendor-supplied alternate computer facility, computing equipment, work space and assistance in engineering network access to the facility. The services provided must enable the City to resume all of its production data processing and data storage operations in the event of a disaster and be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the City.
