The City is seeking proposals from qualified firm(s) to assist the Citys Office of Supplier Diversity (OSD) in improving the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE Program). OSD works with other City departments responsible for issuing requests for proposals, bids and solicitations from external vendors, to identify and monitor contracting opportunities for firms with 51% or more ownership and control held by individuals who are socially and economically disadvantaged. OSD is seeking proposals to support the Citys efforts to build long-term capacity and improve the quality of opportunities made available for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises engaging in publicly funded contracts.
