Diplomatic Security Hotel and Lodging space
The Department of State, Offce of Acquisition Management (AQM) is submittting this a Request for Proposals on the behalf of the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Directorate of Operations (DS/DO) for an interested and capable business that can provide administrative and logistical services to support its requirements for hotel lodging, transportation and conference space needs.
The Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Dignitary Protection Division (DS/P/DP) has a requirement for a company to provide and coordinate secure hotel I motel lodging, transportation and conferencing space services domestically and internationally for government personnel; and to provide management and program support staff, including on-site support. It is the intent of the government to award a base and four option years contract. The government contemplates an Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) type, Hybrid contract of cost-reimbursement and Labor Hour CLINS. The NAICS code for requested services is 561510 Travel Agencies. This RFP is a 100 % Small Business Set-Aside. The prospective contractor must possess a Secret Facility Clearance in order to be awarded the contract.
