Dining Services Grease Trap Maintenance Service

Provide all labor, materials, and tools necessary to pump grease from sixteen (16) grease traps which are located inside buildings (except as noted) on the University campus per the list below. Care shall be taken when removing grease. The contractor will be responsible for the cleanup of spills associated with the removal of grease. Grease traps shall be pumped as noted on schedule below. Contractor shall provide itemized pricing for all locations listed below in support of the grand total contract price and for additional pumping on an emergency basis. All grease shall be properly disposed of according to regulations set forth by CMUD. Upon completion of disposal contractor shall provide the University with waste disposal verification. This certified verification shall be included with the invoice. There shall be an initial three (3) year/ 36 month contract period with two (2) mutually agreed optional one year renewal period(s).
