Dining Facility for the ATC
1. The purpose of this solicitation to procure food operations and management at the Advanced Training Center (ATC) at Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.
2. There is a mandatory site scheduled for 15 May 2018, from 9am to 12pm. Vendors must RSVP no later than 7 May 2018. Specific details are located in paragraph 3.15 B of the solicitation.
3. Questions and Answers Periods - No Phone Calls Please
a. General questions are due no later than 4/27/2018, 1pm (EST) and can be sent to: thomas.j.chouinard@cbp.dhs.gov . Answer will be provided to FBO
b. Specific questions shall be brought to the mandatory site visit on 15 May 2018. Time will be allocated to answer vendor's questions on a one-on-one basis. Answer will be provided to participating vendors.

a. This is a new requirement for a Base and 4 1-year option period. An award date has not been established.
