INTENT TO LEASE SPACE
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, in Dimmit County, Carrizo Springs Texas, is interested in leasing approximately 2,013 rentable square feet of office space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 1,750 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 2,013 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space, fully serviced with parking for 14 vehicles. Preference will be given to first floor contiguous space.
TERM: The lease is for ten (10) years.
DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within the boundaries of:
North: Texas Loop 517
East: TX FM 1407 & TX Hwy 85
South: TX Hwy 83 (1st Street) & TX Loop 225 & TX FM 1917 & TX FM 185 (5th St)
West: US Hwy 277 (Pena St) & Old Eagle Pass Rd & TX FM 2367
OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy on or about November 1, 2017.
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address
2. Location of space within the building
3. Rentable Square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot
4. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor
5. Amount of onsite paved parking available
6. Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent
A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
WRITTEN NOTICE of availability of space must be received by 4:30 p.m. on March 6, 2017.
