Digitization (Preservation Reformatting) of Archival Material
The Library of Congress intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders who previously qualified for this procurement process by responding to RFP LCFDL11R7900-FEDLINK Preservation Services, for the provision of digital reformatting services on behalf of FEDLINK customer, Library of the Marine Corps (MCVL). Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No telephone calls will be accepted. Ref: LCFDL14RFP011-MCVL.
FEDLINK services are used by federal libraries and information centers worldwide. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the Library of Congress Fiscal Operations Improvement Act, P.L. 106-481, Section 103 (2 U.S.C. § 182c.).
