Digital Voice and Multimedia Logging Recorder Purchase & Install
The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal is to acquire and have installed a Digital Logging Recorder System that will replace the existing recorder system that is currently in place at the Yakima Communications Center (SUNCOMM). The proposed system shall be designed to automatically record and instantly playback telephone calls and radio traffic in a public safety environment. It is the full responsibility of the vendor to thoroughly investigate the needs/requirements of SUNCOMM, not necessarily specified in this RFP, and to propose a new system, including installation, that is designed and has been tested that will most efficiently meet or exceed the needs/requirements of SUNCOMM. This system will be installed at SUNCOMM located at the City of Yakima Legal Center, 200 S. 3rd Street in Yakima, WA.
