This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking only Small Business responses to determine an interim solution for this acquisition for a 3-month beginning 1 January 2015 - 31 March 2015. Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to procure Digital Training Facilities Management (DTFM) support for Digital Training Facilities (DTFs) located at both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The DTFMs establish operating hours, schedule training in classrooms, assign work stations, assist in loading courseware, and validate student eligibility. The DTFMs also turn-on/off equipment as necessary, verify the equipment operates as required, and check network connectivity. The DTFMs report equipment/connectivity problems to the DLS Enterprise Management Center (EMC), follow EMC guidance to restore operations, and validate resolution of problems. The DTFMs coordinate on-site support to assist Government installation of hardware/software upgrades. The DTFMs also market the capability of the DLS and DTFs by developing and cultivating relationships with military organizational elements. The DTFM contractor provides all materials required to operate the DTF including printer toners.

The designated NAICS Code is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services (size standard of $23 million). Your response should include:

Company profile with number of employees,

    Current business status, (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned,     Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.)
    And

    Specific quote mark innovative solutions that mitigate the inherit risk     associated with a short effort quote mark

Provide a description of your technical expertise and capability to perform this work in sufficient detail for the Government to determine if your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience. Business responding to this sources sought must articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. The information should be sent via email to Cynthia L. If the recipients believe that the Army is unreasonably restricting competition, they need to contact the Advocate for Competition, Dean Carsello at dean.m.carsello.civ@mail.mil. Concerns must address the title of the requirement, the SSS reference, and specifically why the respondent believes the Army is quote mark unreasonably quote mark restricting competition.
