The State issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified Respondents to develop workshop content and lead four (4) workshops at Texas Educational Service Centers (ESCs) determined by the selected Respondent(s). Each selected Respondent is responsible for developing workshop content and leading one-day long training workshops that instruct teachers how to educate students about the Holocaust, genocides, and bullying for two grade levels, 6-8 and 9-12. Each workshop will be held two (2) times
