Digital Preservation System
The Museum seeks a Digital Preservation System (DP system) to support digital preservation processes through automation of integrity management, risk management, and security management. The DP system must align with the functional aspects of the two ISO standards addressing digital preservation: ISO 14721 - Reference Model for an Open Archival Information System, and ISO 16363 - Audit and Certification of Trustworthy Repositories.
The anticipated schedule for definitizing this contract is:
June 1, 2017 - RFP Released
June 19, 2017, 5:00 PM ET - Q&A Period Closed
July 10, 2017, 5:00 PM ET - RFP Proposals Due
Week of August 7, 2017 - Oral Presentations (Finalist Offerors)
September, 2017 - Contract Award & Project Kickoff
