Evaluation Factors for Award
Resume (Technical Proposal) & Price Proposal
The government will evaluate proposals as received. The resume evaluation will be based on experience, certifications, and education. The Government will determine the strengths, weaknesses, and price. The combined assessment of all resume and price shall then be completed and Offerors ranked. Multiple awards may be made from this solicitation.
