The California Walnut Commission (CWC) was established in 1987 to develop export markets for California walnuts. The CWC is seeking a creative agency specialized in digital media to execute online advertising targeted to consumers, including selection of media, timing of advertising and creative concepts. The agency will manage and maintain walnuss.de and facilitate web updates, e-newsletters, and online promotions, in collaboration with the CWC's public relations firm. The agency will manage the CWC's proprietary agency exchange portal. Additionally, the digital media agency will not only create and execute digital campaigns, but will work closely with the in-country public relations firm to provide cohesive and integrated activities across digital platforms.
Under the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Market Access Program (MAP) regulations, the Commission is required to solicit proposals from interested firms. The Request for Proposal (RFP) guidelines, selection criteria and background information can be obtained from:
