Digital Library with Formative Assessment Practices and Professional Learning Resources for Educators
The CONTRACTOR will provide the Digital Library application and implement the CONSORTIUM’s vision
for broad educator involvement in the creation and assembly of a “starter set” of resources. At the
conclusion of the contract, the Digital Library application will be the property of the CONSORTIUM. Hosting
services for the Digital Library will be included in the cost of the proposal and the Digital Library application
should allow for flexible hosting options at the conclusion of the contract. In addition, the proposal will
include a roadmap for ongoing library growth, technology usability, and content sustainability will be
established. The roadmap will provide for a long term governance structure with a Digital Library Review
Board made up of representatives from State Leads, Work Groups, and State Leadership Teams to
systematically monitor quality, conduct ongoing gap analyses, and enhance and broaden the scope and
depth of resources beyond the grant’s end in 2014.
