Digital Imaging Detection and Analysis System
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service, Cotton and Tobacco Program has a requirement for a digital imaging detection and analyis system. The requirements and specificactions are in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP). There will be a pre-proposal conference on May 22, 2014 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm central time. The location is: USDA, AMS, Cotton and Tobacco Programs, 3275 Appling Road, Memphis, TN 38133. A teleconference line will be made available. Attendance is limited to two representatives per firm. Please contact the contracting officer, Beverly Brown if you plan to attend. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing. All questions must be submitted by June 3. Questions received after this date will not be guaranteed a response. Proposals must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer Beverly Brown. The address for submission of proposals is: USDA, AMS, Cotton and Tobacco Program, 3275 Appling Road, Memphis, TN 38133. Proposals are due on June 12, 2014 at 3:00 pm central time.
