The primary services sought involve digital imaging, data capture, and microfilm production for prepared paper documents and large format drawings by the vendor(s). Additionally, both microfilm production services for Agency generated digital images and digital imaging of Agency microfilm documents are also sought. The Agency will provide the documents and drawings prepared for scanning. The Agency expects to provide approximately 5 million document pages for digital imaging and microfilm production, and an estimated 50,000 large format engineering drawings each year of the contract expected to result from this solicitation.
