Digital Image and Records Management for Responses to RFQ
Metro Arts Commission requires specialized turn-key management of applicant response packets. Packets will be received from artists responding to “Call to Artists” for public art projects and will include the materials listed in Section 5. Contractor Responsibilities. The commission requires data entry of applicant info; storage, formatting, and insertion of digital images (up to 20 per applicant) into presentation software (PowerPoint); and creation of physical file folders for each applicant plus 12 binders of all applicant information organized alphabetically for selection panel review. The Commission requires minimal days turnaround from deadline for response packets to date of deliverables.
