The County of Santa Clara is requesting bids from suppliers who can provide and deliver digital handheld voice recorders as required by the Office of the Sheriff. The County has specified an Olympus DM10 but is willing to consider a product of equal or better requirements and specifications than listed in this bid. The County shall be the sole judge in determining if the proposed model, if other than an Olympus DM10, meets or exceeds the requirements and specifications of the bid. Supplier shall be an authorized reseller of the proposed product and guarantee acceptance of the manufacturer warranty.
