Digital Fire Simulation Panel

The product will, at a minimum, meet the following salient features:

•a)      Digital Fire Simulation Panel must be able to sense the location of the trainee, as well as whether the trainee has properly aimed the digital extinguisher and is properly sweeping the nozzle.

•b)      Remote must allow instructor to select multiple levels of difficulty (e.g. allow flames to grow and diminish, and respond as the trainee attempts to extinguish the simulated fire.

•c)      The dry chemical digital laser extinguisher must have a laser-driven infrared extinguisher. CANNOT be pressurized air or water smart-extinguisher.

•d)      Entire product package required for use must be able to be transported by a single individual to allow for spot-inspections in multiple indoor locations.

Operating conditions: This digital fire simulation system will replace the current "imaginary" tactics employed by facilities staff where a spot inspection is done and members are instructed to respond to a fictitious invisible fire scenario. This system will allow facilities staff to truly simulate an in-place fire emergency through a hyper-realistic digital system; allowing staff members to physically act out the scenario given with tangible exercise tools. This will ensure personnel are receiving tangible training, acting out how to properly respond to a fire, and the system will realistically respond giving the trainee feedback in real-time.
