North Dakota would like to contract with a Vendor for a turn-key, "instant issue" Digitized Driver's License system (DDLS) for image capture, storage, retrieval and card production based upon a firm, fixed price per driver license, permit, identification card, or badge ID successfully processed. The awarded vendor will provide and install digital imaging workstations at twenty-eight (28) permanent and part-time Driver's License Testing Sites statewide. Our eight (8) major sites provide travel services to various communities within the state on a weekly, monthly or bimonthly basis.
