Digital Conferencing and Video System for City Council Chambers
The City is soliciting sealed competitive proposals for a Digital Conferencing and Video System for the Citys Council Chambers from qualified vendors. The City requires a complete, easily manageable digital solution that includes hardware, software, video and sound integration for the Citys Council Chambers. Proposed solutions must meet or exceed all specifications outlined in this request. The installed system shall comply with all listed specifications and functions. Because of the importance of the Council Chambers and City Charter in regards to City Council meetings, the system must be supported and maintained by the proposing vendor. Support and maintenance with a minimum of 1-hour onsite emergency response in the event of system malfunction is a mandatory condition of this request.
