Digital Asset Management System
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable solution and contractor to implement a DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DAM) for the State Entity integrating its photo and video collection for archival and distribution purposes with the ability to integrate additional digital assets (documents, graphic design, branding elements, logos and other digital assets deemed desirable by the State Entity).
