Digital Aerial Photography Services (DAPS)
The purpose of this RFO is to solicit offers from qualified entities capable of providing Digital Aerial Photography and related services (DAPS) to support statewide and county projects to assist the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) or other Participating Entity in creating digital maps used for transportation planning, design, development, coastal impact studies, emergency management, economic development, and other projects. The digital aerial photography services include, but are not limited to: 1. Flying the photographic collection mission and collecting aerial photography covering the project area objective. 2. Collecting Airborne GPS (ABGPS) data or Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) data and processing the collected digital image data and ABGPS and IMU data to be used in photogrammetric mapping processes.
