This document is intended to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity purchase agreement contract to provide the County with such quantities of digester and sludge tank cleaning as the County may order from time to time by issue of purchase orders pursuant to a resulting executed and effective agreement. It is the intention of the County to award to one vendor.
