Diesel Generator Air Blower Overhaul

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a sole source contract to Coltec Industries dba Fairbanks Morse Engine to perform overhaul of the Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) Scavenging Air Blower onboard a USN submarine.  Market Research has determined that Coltec is the only known vendor that has performed this particular maintenance and is able to meet our requirement using the appropriate procudures as the OEM.
