Offerors must acknowledge receipt of amendment 0002 prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation.
Amendment 0002 shall be signed and included with the offerors quote. Failure to include amendment 0002 with your quote the Government will determine it to be non-responsive.
The diagram of the current concrete foundation for building M376A is attached to this solicitation and access to the document is manage through FBO explicit access. If you have not done so already, please follow the instruction posted 12July2019 to gain access.
Attached to this solicitation are questions and answers received from industry. All subsequent questions that are the same or similar will be referred back to Q&A #1.
