1. This request for quote will result in a 5 year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO), with No Options. This solicitation is issued using simplified acquisition procedures, under FAR Part 13.

CONTRACT MAXIMUM: $750,000
2. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the Technical Specification (see Section J, Exhibit A).
3. Ship To Location: The expected ship to location for the duration of the resulting contract will be New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). This requirement will be issued as FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin. The Government required delivery schedule is located in the Deliveries or Performance section. Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is accepted and encouraged.
4. Unit Pricing is being solicited for F.O.B. Destination.
5. This solicitation sets forth instructions to the offeror and evaluation factors for award. Offers will be evaluated according to a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach as specified in Section M - EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD.
6. This procurement is being managed through the FedBizOpps (FBO) website. All documents and proposals must be submitted electronically through FBO.
