Dialysis Supplies VAPIHCS
Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Dialysis Supplies at the VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System (VAPIHCS). The VAPIHCS owns a Fresenius 2008T Hemodialysis machine. The requirement will be for all supplies to administer treatment with this machine.
The solicitation number for this RFQ is VA261-17-Q-0778. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 18, 2017, with an anticipated quote due date of July 28, 2017.
The government anticipates awarding multiple Basic Purchase Agreements (BPA). The Period of Performance will be for five years from award.
The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 334510, size standard 1250 employees.
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
All questions shall be submitted in writing to Nicole.do@va.gov not later than July 25, 2017 at 4:00 PM HST.
BACKGROUND: The BPA will be for smaller BPA calls ranging on average from below the micro-purchase threshold to $25K. Deliveries will be made FOB Destination to the VAPIHCS warehouse or VAPIHCS Ambulatory Care Clinic (ACC).
In the past, dialysis supplies were purchased via Government purchase card and supplied from Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC). There is no past contract.
