This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for materials and services necessary for virology antibody testing, HIV testing, and newborn screening for the Department of Community Health (DCH), Bureau of Laboratories (BOL). Virology: Diagnostic testing kits necessary to complete Hepatitis C testing plus Quality Control reagents for the State of Michigan, DCH, BOL. HIV: Consumables, including but not limited to diagnostic testing kits, reagents and related equipment and supplies necessary to complete HIV testing for the State of Michigan, DCH, BOL. Newborn Screening: Supplies, reagents, and kits, needed to test dried blood spot specimens in the newborn screening laboratory.
