Diabetic Supplies Rebate Program
The Department is seeking a qualified Vendor(s) to provide rebates for diabetic supplies for the Medicaid and Health Choice programs including: Blood Glucose Monitors, Blood Glucose Test Strips, Control Solution, Lancets, and Lancing Devices.
