Dewage Disposal
This Request for Proposals is being issued to solicit proposals from qualified
respondents willing to provide transportation and disposal of an estimated 850 to 950
dry tons of municipal wastewater sludge per year in a liquid form. The sludge
concentration is 3% to 9% solids with up to 4.0% scum by volume.
